Response Time
I typically respond within 24-48 hours. Sometimes faster if I'm already at my computer. Sometimes slower if I'm deep in code or sleeping (I do that occasionally).
For urgent issues, put "URGENT" in the subject line. I prioritize those.

How do I upgrade my plan?
Log into MATEXAi, go to Settings, and click on "Upgrade Plan." You'll see all available options with pricing. If you need help choosing, email me and I'll help you pick the right plan.
How do I report a bug?
Email me with these details so I can fix it faster:
- What were you trying to do?
- What happened instead?
- What device/browser are you using?
- Screenshots if possible
Don't worry about being technical. Just describe what went wrong in your own words.
Can I request a feature?
Absolutely. I built almost every feature in MATEXAi because someone asked for it or I needed it myself. Email me your idea. If it makes sense and helps users, I'll consider adding it.
How do I delete my account?
To delete your account, email us at matexaihelppppp@gmail.com with your account details. We'll process your deletion request within 30 days. Your data will be permanently removed.
What is your refund policy?
All subscription payments are final and non-refundable. Please review your subscription choice carefully before purchasing. You can cancel anytime to prevent future charges by emailing us.
