How to Delete Your Account
1Contact Support

2Include Required Information
Please include in your email:
- Your registered email address
- Subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
- Reason for deletion (optional)
3Verification
We'll send you a confirmation email to verify your identity and ensure the request is legitimate.
4Processing Time
Your account will be deleted within 30 days of receiving your verified request.
What Data Will Be Deleted
Upon account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Account Information: Email, username, profile details
- Chat History: All conversations with AI models
- Generated Content: Images, text, study materials
- Subscription Data: Billing history, subscription status
- Usage Statistics: Credits, usage logs, preferences
- Saved Projects: MATEX03 projects and code
- Authentication Data: Login credentials and sessions
📋 Data Retention:
For legal and accounting purposes, we may retain the following for up to 90 days:
- Transaction records (required by law)
- Support tickets and communications
- Aggregated, anonymized analytics
This data cannot be linked back to you and is kept solely for compliance purposes.
Request Partial Data Deletion (Optional)
If you want to delete specific data without deleting your entire account, you can:
- Delete Chat History: Clear individual conversations from the app
- Delete Generated Images: Remove specific images from your gallery
- Delete Projects: Remove MATEX03 projects individually
- Clear Usage Data: Contact support to reset your usage statistics
